Integration after Closing
Following the closing of the acquisition of the shares by DEUTZ AG three weeks ago, the integration phase has begun. DEUTZ CEO Dr. Sebastian C. Schulte, together with Katharina Krüger (EVP Strategy, Transformation & HR) and Andreas Schmidt (CEO BU Service), visited the headquarters of FRERK Aggregatebau GmbH in Schweringen to get an impression of the company.
FRERK Managing Director Marc Hiller and FRERK Operations Manager Sven Hiller gave a tour of the production halls. Together with FRERK PMI representative Amelie Brase, they inspected the construction site for Hall 6.
Workstreams were formed to identify synergies and implement initial support measures on the part of DEUTZ.
Due to the share deal, FRERK Aggregatebau GmbH remains unchanged as a legal entity with its management and all employees, so that all business relationships at customer, supplier, and partner level continue without change.
