From internship to apprenticeship – Empower your future!
For our new apprentice Niclas, the journey to FRERK Aggregatebau GmbH began long before his first day of training.
We weren't entirely unknown to him: his father is also part of the FRERK team. But that alone wasn't enough for Niclas – he wanted to see for himself how things work here.
Following a two-week student internship, he completed a one-year practical placement as part of his vocational baccalaureate, gaining comprehensive insights into our daily operations and the various departments within our administration and production.
We were all the more delighted that it didn't take long after his graduation for a "See you soon!" to turn into Niclas signing his apprenticeship contract as a construction mechanic.
Now, he is looking forward to a great team and varied tasks in a future-proof industry.
Because that is exactly what we offer at FRERK with emergency power generators and backup power systems for critical infrastructure and data centers.
We wish you every success, plenty of exciting experiences, and, of course, lots of power for your apprenticeship!
