Our quality standards
For us at Frerk Aggregatebau, quality is a central part of what we do and is reflected in all areas of the company. We strive to always deliver products and services at the highest level — reliable, long-lasting and tailored to the expectations of our customers.
Our claim is based on clearly defined processes, qualified employees and reliable suppliers. Avoiding errors takes priority over troubleshooting, and continuous improvement is an integral part of our corporate culture. Across all departments, we attach great importance to making quality visible in every work step — from planning to production to after sales service.
The products manufactured by us in Schweringen bear the “Made in Germany” seal and stand for precision, care and the highest standards. Our quality standards are derived from the quality policy of Frerk Aggregatebau GmbH and is an integral part of our overall corporate policy.
Our management system
Frerk Aggregatebau GmbH uses a comprehensive management system that ensures the highest quality and safety standards. Our company is certified in accordance with ISO 9001:2015 for quality management, as a specialist welding company and as a specialist company in accordance with AWSV. All systems are tested in our own test facility at full loads in accordance with ISO 8528 to ensure reliable performance and safety.
The extraordinary quality standard “Made in Germany” is reflected across all departments in every process step, from planning and design to manufacturing and testing to after-sales service. In doing so, we always apply country-specific norms and standards in order to keep our products and services up to date with the latest technology.


Transparencyand responsibility go hand in hand:
The Corporate Carbon Footprint (CCF) for 2025, calculated on the basis of the GHG Protocol using the ecocockpit tool, amounts to 725.62 t CO₂e total emissions inScope 1 & Scope 2.
This reporting provides a basis for continuous CO₂ reduction. Among other things, we arefocusing on the electrification of our vehicle fleet and industrial trucks,route planning software, the optimal use of our inhouse PV systems, strategiccooperation with expert panels, training and raising awareness among ouremployees, and much more.
In 2026, weswitched to purchasing electricity from renewable energy sources at our HQ. Thenew production hall with almost 8,000 m² for container based power generatorsis equipped with photovoltaic panels and battery storage. It covers themajority of its electricity requirements itself and 100% from renewable energysources.
In March2026, we received the Bronze Medal in the globally recognized EcoVadis ratingin the areas of environment, labor and human rights, ethics and sustainableprocurement.
