Building Bridges Between Theory and Practice
We recently had the pleasure of welcoming the Nienburg District School + Business Working Group to our facilities in Schweringen.
The focus was on exchanging ideas about modern career guidance: Our Sales Manager, Patrick Sprötge, and our Head of Finance & Human Resources, Björn Klaas, provided participants from government agencies, the Nienburg/Weser district's economic development office, as well as schools and businesses, with in-depth insights into our portfolio and the diverse career opportunities at FRERK Aggregatebau GmbH.
Particularly exciting for the teachers present: During the company tour, the metalworking experts, in particular, were able to experience our training programs firsthand.
