As a reputable and financially strong company, we are experiencing continuous growth and expansion due to our industry. We are delighted that Johanna has chosen FRERK Aggregatebau GmbH for these reasons and wants to both witness and actively shape our future development.
In purchasing, she will be responsible for procuring individual parts, maintaining contact with our suppliers, and ensuring that everything arrives on time. A practical and comprehensive onboarding process is particularly important to Johanna. Therefore, our new colleague's start began with insights into production and the various specialist departments.
This approach allows for the development of a deep understanding from the outset of how and when the individual components are incorporated into the (emergency) power generator being manufactured. From Johanna's perspective, varied tasks, insights into production, and collaboration with different departments ensure a motivating and diverse workday.
