Technical Service Specialist, Electrical Engineering Location Schweringen/ Lemke
We are currently seeking a qualified technical specialist to join our service team in Schweringen/ Lemke. We develop tomorrow's emergency power solutions, including for data centers and critical infrastructures. This is an industry with a future, growth, and exciting challenges. We are looking to strengthen the service team at FRERK Aggregatebau GmbH.
These are your tasks
- Electrical support for emergency power systems - by phone and on-site at the customer's location
- Assistance with technical customer support
- Troubleshooting and support for malfunctions
- Preparation of proposals and technical documentation
- Preparation and follow-up of service assignments
You should bring that with you
- Completed vocational training in electrical engineering or a comparable qualification
- Technical understanding and interest in backup power systems and energy supply systems
- Programming knowledge (PLC, LOGO etc.) desirable, but not mandatory
- Several years of experience in your trained profession
- Customer-focused with excellent communication and organizational skills
- Independent and self-reliant work style
- Good IT skills
- Proficient in ERP systems and MS Office
- Class B driving license
