Master/Technician (m/f/d) for our electrical production
These are your tasks
- You plan and organize daily production processes for the electrical manufacturing sector, including personnel deployment planning
- Management, training and motivation of employees in electrical production
- You ensure that production goals are met in terms of quality, quantity, costs and deadlines
- Control and monitoring of production and logistics processes and the equipment used for this purpose
- You actively and continuously design and optimize the individual production steps
- Compliance with occupational safety requirements
You should bring that with you
- Completed further education as a master or technician specializing in industrial engineering, energy and building technology, automation technology, or comparable training
- Several years of experience as a master craftsman or technician in plant engineering, ideally related to the production of power generation plants, is desirable. However, we are also happy to receive applications from career starters
- Profound experience in production preparation and in the efficient process design of processes, particularly for medium and small quantities
- You are well organized and work purposefully and independently
- Motivating, collegial and team-oriented leadership style
- Knowledge of inventory management systems and English language skills are an advantage
- Trainer aptitude test (AEVO) desirable
