Marketing Employee (m/f/d)
For our Marketing in Schweringen we are looking for a qualified employee (m/f/d) with immediate effect. We develop the emergency power solutions of tomorrow, amongst for data centers and critical infrastructures. An industry with a future, growth and exciting challenges.
These are your tasks
You will consistently develop the FRERK brand and place it in an image-effective and target group-focused manner for lead generation and employee acquisition
- Creation of strategic marketing plans & budgets
- Conception and implementation of targeted marketing campaigns
- Expansion and management of social media channels incl. KPI reporting
- Content management incl. videos, images, texts
- Creation of company and product brochures
- Briefing and coordination of image and advertising films as well as photo shoots
- Writing press releases and holding press events
- Design of advertising media, on a case-by-case basis with external agencies
- Close cooperation with other departments as well as the marketing department of the parent company DEUTZ AG
You should bring that with you
- You have completed an apprenticeship or studies in the field of marketing, media design, communication design, social media management, public relations
- You are professionally experienced in external communication and content management, preferably in a marketing agency or the marketing department of a company
- Experience in working with common software (e.g. Adobe programs) and media tools
- Good communication in German and English and a friendly appearance
- Your hands-on mentality helps you with operational implementation
- Your way of working is solution-oriented and independent
- You are creative, reliable, well organized, resilient and motivated
